Jazeel is what happens when reward systems grow a soul! With a smart, modern design, we turned a gifting service into a love language for modern businesses.

When we first met Jazeel, it was still called RewardsBy - a functional but unfit name for a platform on the verge of redefining how gratitude is expressed in business.
Our challenge was to create an identity that both delivered rewards and emotion. Something as effortless and meaningful as a heartfelt thank you, but at scale.

Brand Strategy
Our process began with a comprehensive brand audit and landscape assessment. We knew the product worked, but the experience needed soul. Using neuro-psychological insights, we built a brand strategy grounded in the emotional and social drivers of gifting. We positioned the new brand as The Lover (emotionally driven and expressive) and The Creator (innovative and visionary). One core belief: Gratitude Matters.
Our ORIGIN team decided it is time to create joyful micro-moments that stick!


A Name that Says it All
We opted to name the platform Jazeel, derived from the Arabic phrase “شكراً جزيلاً” (thank you very much).
In a single word, it captures both the abundance of rewards and the emotional resonance of appreciation. Jazeel is intuitive, memorable, and deeply human.

The Visual Identity
The new logo visualizes the cycle of giving and receiving with a subtle boomerang motif: what goes around, comes around. Every detail, element, and pattern, was designed to feel warm, intelligent, and fluid. The purple-orange palette evokes creativity, energy, and innovation, while a soft pastel blue brings calm and balance.
Moreover, our typography choices (AvantGarde and Stage Grotesk in English, DIN Next Arabic) are thoughtfully selected to enhance the brand’s universal clarity and charm across all digital and physical platforms.


The Brand in Action
We brought Jazeel to life across social media templates, digital collateral, stationery, brochures, uniforms, booths, billboards, and more! We made sure to maintain consistency and elegance across every brand touchpoint now and in the future.
By turning functional transactions into emotional interactions, Jazeel has gone from a rewards platform to a gratitude ecosystem.
We like to think about it this way: we built a way for businesses to say “thank you” better. And that makes all the difference!
