Background
Al Ramlaa Wooden Products is not your typical joinery workshop. Despite its boutique scale, it brings together top European expertise and the most advanced technologies to outperform larger competitors in the Saudi market. In the midst of upgrading its systems and operations, Al Ramlaa was ready for a brand transformation that reflects its refined expertise and disruptive ambition. While most brands in the sector focus on size and scale, Al Ramlaa’s strength lies in its mastery and precision. So, That was our starting point.

Brand Strategy
We began by conducting a SWOT analysis and developed a full brand formula, defining Al Ramlaa’s purpose, promise, personality and positioning.
At the core of the strategy was the equation:
Credibility + Capability + Creativity = Reliability
In short: Al Ramlaa = The Trusted Experts.
We shaped its voice as simple, clear and quietly confident, reflecting the company's professionalism. We emphasized the brand’s position as a boutique disruptor, admired for doing things the right way, not the loudest way.
Visual Identity
Logo Design
At the heart of the identity is a classic Arabic Kufi logo. A bold, abstract emblem rooted in tradition but reimagined for the future. The vertical strokes mirror the natural lines of wood paneling, creating an elegant link between material and mark. It functions both as a signature and a pattern, offering flexibility across various brand applications.
Color Palette & Typography
The ORIGIN team introduced a rich and grounded palette of charcoal, wood, and beige for a sophisticated blend of natural textures and modern tones. While the charcoal reflected refinement and depth, the beige and browns evoked warmth, material honesty, and comfort.
To scale it up, balanced Arabic and English typefaces were selected to maintain readability, class, and a seamless bilingual presence, reinforcing the brand’s accessibility across local and international markets.


Visual System & Brand Language
Logo Design
The brand’s visual elements extend from the logo structure itself. Using deconstructed parts of the emblem, we created unique repeating patterns that reflect woodwork and creativity. A secondary visual pattern, inspired by interior wooden panel designs, added depth and a tactile, material-oriented feel to the brand universe.


Bringing the Brand to Life
We applied the new identity across Stationery & business Collaterals with clean, confident layouts, a detailed Company Profile that balances storytelling and technical information, and branded templates for digital and print consistency.
The rebranding of Al Ramlaa successfully positioned the company as a modern boutique leader in woodworks and joinery and built a brand narrative that is understated, elegant and professional.
Al Ramlaa is now a refined movement in wood design, setting a new standard for craftsmanship in Saudi Arabia. It highlights precision, and commands attention through mastery.
